First the backstory.

Ordinary game in Area 7, a CV and CA are on the same team. By matter of circumstance (a couple of untabbed people left, or were banned before teams could be evened), the game started with the CV and the CA on the same team.

I didn't like this. After saying "The fuck noob host" as in "The fuck? noob host", I proclaimed that I was leaving by saying "later".

Avor clearly didn't like this, as you can see.
This was nothing short of intentional. There are no enemy dots anywhere nearby, and as you can see, the game had just started not 10 seconds earlier.

Needless to say, I died while I was retreating. This was NO mistake. He said to me "STFU NOOB" when I said "later." He launched four torps into my not-moving broadside.

i like avor, we all have anger management issues...

you win some lose some... the odds dont get better if u leave, u screw the team over even more.

so i hope u dont get any "justice" out of this, u were going to leave ur team to die, when u should just suffer the same fate and maybe get some good xp/money out of it cuz it was possibley not that unbalanced. CA and CV on one side doesnt mean much

You clearly don't understand strength of 2 CAs versus 0 CAs.
That isn't the point.

It was a matter of circumstance. Some untabbed players on our side left before the game even began. The host was tabbed. The result was that bravo (my side) by default had less players to start, and a disadvantage. I don't see how anyone should suffer the fate of a host who doesn't know how to properly set up a room (ie: not tab last, not even teams)

I don't do this normally - that was actually the second time ever. (the other time was because I had the zoom bug going and couldn't see my ship anymore so I had to leave)

Additionally - avor can be excused for bouts of rage, but I got my just desserts because I wanted to leave a game that I found to be entirely unfair from the outset?

Yeh, whether it was moraly right to leave or not, I think that we can definately say that it was wrong to launch 3 torps in to a retreating friendly ship. Avor come on man, that was completely out of order.

I'm with EvilNME here. Avor is also a friend of mine, but for a long time now I have had to put up with his disrespect for other players. In fact I ran a section of a Soldner clan, and one of the reasons we kicked him was for this very thing. I'm sorry Avor, but you have dug your own hole. You make a bad name for yourself and for the Exlies (who already have some nasty rules (http://www.giddieup.net/navyfield/portal/forum/showthread.php?t=95)) and you need to get whats coming to you.

Darkdragon, you're a cool dude, but I am disappointed you stick up for behaviour like this.

Ya..we have all been in those big battles where you kno your going to lose...it sucks but if i was in the situation with my big cl i would of done the same thing..losing all that money would be pointless...but tk'ing him was totally uncalled for..it brings down the slight chance that your team might actually win down to 0

And what if you killed a ca?? Big exp there. Very noobish thinking on yuor part. all the games are made even in tonnage. My ca is easily overwehlmed.

Jac4412, I know you still hate me.:D But anyway, while I don't mind being around Avor, he can be a bit psychopathic.:cool: So this guy DID TK on purpose, and it shouldn't be any exception from a normal on purpose TK. Because it WAS. Simple as that. No excuses. Though Avor can only be punished if he does this again. He can't be punished just for one fit of rage.

I'll restate..
As a matter of circumstance, I couldn't leave the room before the game started.
The host wasn't the last one to tab.
Furthermore, a few people on bravo left (or were booted) who were untabbed before.

The result is that the game started immediately, with me amazed that a host would allow such terrible odds.

You're right about one thing though - under other circumstances, I would've left before the game started, and this entire affair would've never happened.

You are weak and a coward who aboned your team when they needed you. The game was balanced and we had a good shot at winning.

You ruined that chance, because you werent enought of a man to face a challange.

But I guss that what makes you a GRN member, if its not stacked in your favour dont fight.

I will give you retribution when and if you track down everbody who was on our team and pay them retribution for losing the game because we were 10 points disadvantaged.

The team points were balanced when maisy left to start his own game, I saw the points were balanced and tabed, starting the game, sorry if it wasnt stacked in your favour.


But over all, their is no mercy for cowards.

anyways my CA is easily overwhelmed aswell, i know the pain of losing 800credits and 250xp and actually going down in lvl cuz i got smashed... and for that same reason i havent played this game in a week... there is no incentative to use big boats, they just get smashed on and we lose alot more then a DD going through the same circumstances

Maisy- Im going to make a new game.

*Maisy leaves the room, the balnce points now become 37-36*

*I tab to take advantage of the rare balance and before people leave to join the other game.*

*Game starts*

Evil- the fuck noob host
Avor- STFU NOOB
Evil- later
*Evil comes to a stop and begins to retreat*

*I fire 3 torps, he realizes it and attempts to speed off.*

*He fails to avoid them and take all three torps, killing him instantly mid retreat.*

You guys don't seem to understand. You don't justify team wounding/killing someone because of your interpretation of the rules. Who are you to judge? If you didn't like the odds you could of retreated too. In fact I hosted a game the other day where it started and just before I tabbed someone switched and tabbed. A rare circumstance, but myself and three others all retreated. At the end of the day the people on Bravo appreciated it, whether the game played out with those remaining I don't know, but that's their choice.

You don't seem to care about the bad image it gives your clan, especially to those who didn't realise what was going on in game, and just watched you insult and then team kill a guy.

Grow up and stop thinking about yourself.

Thanks for your concern! The screen shot supplied has been viewed and as such the appropriate action will be taken. Should you read back to Digits post refering to our rules, you can see the position exiles takes on this issue and as such Avor will be suspended from the clan for Two weeks.

Should anything like this happen again please inform myself or mikieboy666 directly or via email (Only Accusations with supporting evidence or an independant witness will result in any action)

Hopefully Everyone will now consider this matter closed!
