First off, this isent just one report. This is two. A player with the name Aquasilkis repeaditly tk'd me with obdivous intention. The first time was during a 6v6 dd game, I will admit to ff'ing once because while in the chat panel and typing out a message my guns fired (they were on zero elevation and I took more damage than he did) however he felt compeled to start calling me a f'ing noob.
Now this has happend before in regards to accidents. So I began to type I was sorry and explain what happend, when suddenly I hear my teammates "digit" and "kings11" say something about torpedos. So I look at my six (since my mouse had glitched and was way up in the middle of no where) and here comes a bind of 3 fast wide torpedos. Since I'am still typing I immeaditly drop the chat panel and try to dodge them but I was too far so I ate one and took 2 splash leaving me stranded doing 2 knots.
"digit" one of my teammates tells me to go ahead and retreat as I only have like 200 dp left. As soon as digit did this "aqua" (Aquasilkis) immeaditly opens fire on him wounding his nDD. Unforunitly since as said before I was typing as he fired the torpedos I do not have a screen shot however both players are willing to back up this account and I even asked one of my teammates about this game later as seen in screen shot 1:

The second "accident" took place in a game under a similar title. A whole group of our team have cornerd a nDD and we are finishing him off and Aqua who is off of my starboard side releases yet again anthoer bind of torpedos on fast wide configuration right at me.
Because of our proximity and the fact he is on me team I cannot avoid in time and am subsoquently team killed. Now I know accidents happen. I have had them happen to me numerous times. But normally the person immeaditly repents and says their sorry or something along the same lines, however with "aqua" all I hear is how I had headed right into them.
But looking at the screen shot I would say that they more or less headed into me. I do not think that this was an "accident" as we had gotten into a huge arguement in regards to the last game (these games were back to back). I will let the ss do the rest of the talking. But tell me if you think this is a mistake... (previous too the sighting of the torps headed for my hull I was going north...the ndd you see in the picture was already beginning his turn by the time I had seen the torpedos)
