Ok, the story begins with the game before this. I use a Fubuki, so I use torps. I was out of torps and instead of retreating, I ran back to snaker and his CV. Was there to take torps if he could not get away. I have done this before with some CLs and CAs. An enemy ship came near, so I started taking shots for him. Without telling me, Snaker began launching torps. I turned the wrong way and made 3 of his torps useless.(meaningless for the pure fact that the 2 on the enemy ship's side were left untouched and were nowhere near on target). Anyway, he started with profanity on me, I guess because he doesn't know how to aim torps.
That brings us into the next game. He brings in his Simikaze, asks who the leader of my clan is(I tell him, because there is nothing in this story I need to hide), and proceeds to try and torp me.(As the pic above displays) I informed him that I had taken a screenshot of him trying to torp me, and he left me alone from that point on.
I do not expect him to be banned for his actions. I would just request that he be talked to by a mod and told that there are better ways to deal with the fact that someone made a wrong turn. I am only submitting this so there is public record in case he does this to anyone else after they do something he didn't like.
