Its in reference to USN and RN ranks. Perhaps google the word...navy ranks and see what you come up with. Good Luck

OMg ur dumb. i know wut petty officer stands for and that it is a very low rank. I just want to know y mine says petty officer and urs or someone elses says leuitenent, but meanwhile i have over 40 posts?
