Help Wit D38 And D40

i was wonderin. wut lvl do u get each one and is d38 worth gettin . i know that z99 is better but everyone has them. and does d40 count as a cl. also wut lvl is cl after z99. and i was wonderin if ucan go on the same line as z99n after u finish with d38 and d40. and my last question is which way is more expensive the d38 route or the z99

D38 is level 20,
D40 is level 27
Z99 is level 25.
kberg is level 30

You can get the Z99 if you go the D route, it's the empty block after the convergence of the two branches.

yes t d40 counts as a CL, but it's a pretty underpowered one, much better to go with the kberg. 91x3 is nowhere near enough gunspace to be a contended in CL battles, especialy since the kberg has 122 gun space(and better displacement to boot)

The D line is WAAAY overpriced. the D38 costs a whopping 103000 credits, plus 13k for the remodel to the CL(which is actualy cheap) but you odn't want to be dishing out 103000 credits for a ship that's inferior to the z99 (at 60000 credits). even if it is faster/has moer health.

My advice is usualy stick with the z1 till 25 which is sort of a borring grind, but not relaly all that bad. I went the Speahkreuzer route jsut for novelty (and baught the ship once i already had enough money that it was just a novelty and nothing more). Even if you go this route, I strongly suggest again not to use this ship as your bread and butter ship.
