Support Crew after latest patches

What is best support crew after latest patches.
I started on Iowa and want to make optimal crew.
2nd Seaman is good choice ?
For DD start with Restorer+Repeirer , Rep+Seaman , Restorer+ Seaman ??
For CL add Engainer or another Rep/Rest ?
What you think ?

my setup on DD was 2x seamen since they help at low levels the most (and repairers abrely help at that small a level.) then after hitting CL I trained up repairer/engineer/scout combo, keeping the seamen to be possibly re-added to my crew at a much later time(possibly BB2 even heh).

remember: germanies strength = speed, so engineers are key ;-)
