Z99 noobie

As I have just got my Z99, could anyone suggest a spec please.

I have only been playing for two weeks.

Here's my setup -

Lvl 29 BO
Lvl 28 Gunners

Armor:
.05 Deck
1.0 Belt
6 Bulge
2 Bulkhead

Range Finder - DD FCS II (auto)

Engine: CL Heavy (34 knots cruising - 47 knots at speed)

Armament:
R Mounts -
4 2x5.9"/48 TBK SK C/36-T L (2 front - 2 rear) 200 rds HE each

Note: At Lvl 29 Gunners will remodel for 4 2x5.9"/55 SK C/28 L with same configuration and ammo

T Mounts -
1 21" G7a T1 x 5 (with 10 torps)
1 21" G7a T1 x 4 (with 8 torps)

(Load restrictions will not allow me to load more than 18 torps, so there's no point in mounting a second 5x launcher)

I highly NOT recommend you to use a CL engine...
when it compare to DD2 heavy..you loss
7k horsepower
330 tonage
and 9000 cridit
but only gain 1 more sec of overheat.

i can only fit my gunner and Bo on it,MY lvl 46 gunners are to heavy :)Ohh i use the lvl 36 6.75" guns.

ammo 2binds
engine -heavy...cruising at 37 knots 49 knotts overheat

B.O. lvl 34
Hvy gunners lvl 46 with 240+experts each(I bought them at lvl 45 for 380k...made life so much easier)
Engineer lvl 35
Repairer lvl 36
or seaman lvl 23 and a restorer lvl 29

I have no problem going after cl1's with this set up...

wut lvl do u get each one and is d38 worth gettin . i know that z99 is better but everyone has them. and does d40 count as a cl. also wut lvl is cl after z99. and i was wonderin if ucan go on the same line as z99n after u finish with d38 and d40. and my last question is which way is more expensive the d38 route or the z99

D40 is worthless. CL after Z99 is Konigsburg.

For the Love of God, you guys are using the nation known for RANGE. STOP WITH THE AUTO FCS. I hear so many players complain about how CLs suck and it is no wonder if you have no clue how to use Manual and can only rush and use Auto. Trust me you are doing yourself a favor in the long run.
