My Crew?

Hello... My first post here.

I am very annoyed at my crew.

I made their assigned positions awhile ago before I knew much about the game, and seeing as how irreversible the decisions in this game are :bash: ... I think I made a mistake. I don't know what to do with them or plan to do. I plan to go up the "hipper route"... So what crew would be useful and what type of sailors do I need to buy or sell? Please help!

One BO, Level 18
Two Arm Sailors, Levels 19
One Arm Sailor, Level 18
One Support Sailor, Level 18
One Radioman, Level 18
One Spec. Ops, Level 18.

What do you think I should do? :help:

i dont see anything bad bout ur crew...but i duno bout the stats on em.


keep radio for chat purpose (you dont need to train him anymore),

change special force to rookie pilot to get scout planes,
chance arm sailor later on to become a aa gunner if his aa stat is good.

support sailor is fine, convert to engineer/restorer/repairer depending on which of his stat is the best.

So I should stop training the radioman, but then should I buy another support saior or arm sailor?

you dont have to continue training ur radio unless u want him to be able to create clans and fleets....


usual crew consists of 2 main gunners, 2 aa gunners, at 4-6 support sailors in any combination of repairers/restorers/engineers, 1 rookie pilot, 1 seaman.

How do I change my gunner to AA, and How can I change my radioman to AA or torp or anything? I made the mistake and have 2 radiomen.
