Help with Crew to hipper & Seydlitz

Hi Dudes!
Iam almost on Hipper level and I have decide to go CV line even that some say buuuu.....But my ? is wich crew combination is most common on hipper and Seydlitz. I have alredy 1 rookie pilot, 1 fighter, 1 bomber & 1 torppilot.

don't make your first bo a carrier. make him a bb (because he has all that operating skill + xperts and vets), and make a nuetral and lvl him to 55. voiala! cv! my nuet is currently lvl 49. 6 more lvl's for my seydiltz :D

ok you want another fighter pilot at least.... if not 2 more... you also want another divebomber, 1 pilot of each is inconvienent as you must wait for them to return to launch another flight
