NF Forum Problems??

Hi Pappa I just didn't want to start another thread not really having a problem with the NavyField forums but it relates to the forums.
I was thinking maybe the suggestion forum could use some stickys, you know what I mean, like subs and the suggestions for French, Italian navies and such. A sticky maybe titled things that are NOT going to happen in NavyField.
Just an idea
