CV help?

Hey guys, I posted on the NF forums but would like a little advice from you all. I'm thinking of getting a carrier going alongside my lv 48 US BO and so far I have enough money to get it going and just bought my first batch of neutrals and would like some advice.

I have: (all numbers are based on "air" stats [aircraft/fighter/bomb])
US rookie pilot - 21/21/17 (9/12/8 base I think?)
fighters (neutral):10/12/?, 9/12/?
bombers (neutral):11/10/11,11/9/12.

Are these all worth leveling up?

hmm your fighters could do with more aircraft skill but they can survive without it both the bombers look fine

think your scout is something more like +9/+11/+9

the one fighter with 9 aircraft could be replaced...the other one is fine.
