Fubuki, level 36 BO, maxed recruits, level 27 gunners, maxed recruits.
3 twin 5.5 inch D's. 2 binds heavy HE ammo. 4.2 inches belt.
IJN belt is crappy, but it still works, and works better than Neutral armour. It won't do squat vs. 5.9's or 6's, but it will soften the blow from 5's, and substantiallly reduce damage from 4 inch and 4.1 inch guns and under.
