Here is my ship's configuration if anyone wants to have a look~

British Tribal class destroyer (Medium armor whore)

Durability points: 7300
Displacement: 2680-2698 / 2700 depending on my support slots
Cost: 45360 credits

4x Single 6"/ 45 BL Mark XII D with 2 HE and 1 AP binds per port
No torpedoes
Cost: 9600 credits

6.5" belt armor
Cost: Barely 200000 credits
HE Defence: 52
AP Defence: 22

DD FCS II (Aiming)
Cost: 5250 credits
Marking range: about 1 km

DD Engine II (Heavy)
Cost: 9000 credits
Speed: 37/46 knots

Crew:-
Permanent crew:
1 Bridge Operator - about 20 men, 7 of them veterans
2 gunners - about 120 men each, 9 veterans each inclusive
2nd restorer - about 100 men, 39 veterans inclusive
2nd repairer - about 60 men, <30 veterans inclusive (some died)
Special forces (my rookie pilot someday) - 0 men (the heck, he will be able to fly around anyway)

Temporary crew: only 1 more slot available =\, choosing from:
2nd AA gunner - Still the original 55, replenished when any killed.
Support sailor - Also original 55
Neutral sailor - Original 55, good enough stats for my seaman

i ddnt know 6.5" is consider medium

and vets only? you dont have any experts? thats weird

The maximum belt that can be mounted on a Tribal is said to be 8.1" with skel crew and all those things that a Q armor whore does.
Also, I have a habit of straight away trying to convert 10 experts into vets the minute I get them. It's a bad habit, yes but points are easy to obtain, and vets do the job better than experts any day. So my experts never get any more than 10... quite insignificant. I'll get experts when I get into a higher displacement ship like a Sirius. *drools*
