I almost didn't bother posting this, as considering the person who 'arranged' this has his ship name as 'thisgamesucks', chances are he's not planning on staying around for much longer anyway.

So I join a game that basically implies that it's going to be some DDs and CLs versus 1 BB. Hell, this should be fun trying to take on a BB, right? But as I soon discover, the BB declares he's not going to shoot back and that he's handing out 'free XP'. With this in mind perhaps people are suprised anyone would report a person for this, but it does, in my mind, reek of an arranged battle. He tries to argue that because his clan isn't there that it's not an AB, but come on. It's pretty obvious which team is going to win if he's not going to shoot back;

Yes, I'm a poor man at the moment. Minus several points off me for splurging on lots of frigates and DDs that I never use. So yes, it would've been tempting to just 'go along with it' and score some cash and xp off it, but this sort of thing is just not on, in my opinion. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, though.

If the BB was to shoot back, is it still an AB?

the definition of ab has been explained plenty of times... and that is that the outcome of the battle was decided before the battle started..

so if they said the BB on bravo will loose, then during the game the BB fires a couple shots to sink a couple boats just so he can say he sunk alpha ships during the game.....and then get sunk by alpha...that is ab
