"please play you local Navyfield" ERROR

Hey guys. have just got a prob which is prventing me from playing NF. when i click on the logo/exe file it is coming up with "please play you local Navyfield". have re installed NF and still getting it. whats up? please help.

I also had this problem and fixed it. This is what was going on:

I downloaded the NavyField program from the US server, which means it is US server NF.
One day I changed the language settings of my computer to Chinese PRC and that error came out. All I did was I changed back to English US.
Maybe you should check that whether you have changed your language settings recently.

Thanks heaps just have to tell my lil sis to stop using that bluddy jap language programs now (it stuffing up all my programs now).
