Hello,
I have a complaint about the game which I think is legitimate. I am currently a lvl 33 player who has an Agano that I have had to bust my keester in order to lvl up. I then find out once I get to lvl 33 and after all my hard work and hours of dedicated playing I can not remodel to my next ship because you have taken them out of stock due to numbers. I am really pissed right now, because I am being penalized for taking a specific route on my ship chart and once I get to a certain spot I am stopped from progressing because you feel there are too many Oyodos. If that is the case you should have given ample warning this was happening and also allow players to back track or cross over the ship progression and take a different route on the ship tree. I do not see anyone limiting the number for friggin torp ships in the damn game.
Secondly I have lost almost 10000 credits because of a god damn glitch in your game that instead of saying sorry ship is out of stock...you say "That Name is Already Being Used" so after 3 attempts to change my name so that I could remodel my Agano I find out from PappaJohn that it should say Out of Stock.
I will be really honest, if in the future I am expected to pay for playing this game I won't be if I am stopped from progressing due to ship numbers. That is the nature of the game, if you have a bunch of people picking a specific nation too bad for those who pick a different route to play their game. Also, if you are limiting the number of certain ships due to the realistic element of the game, in which there would not have been as many of a certain types of ship during WWII, well let's just look at your torp ships, because there was never a ship during the war that could put 20 torps in the water at one time and then turn around and do it again.
I would like to request the ability to remodel my ship or be allowed to back track to the Fubuki/Simakazi/Kuma if I am not going to be allowed to progress. OR....Please have all those higher level people who have umpteen ships in their fleet to give up their lower lvl ships so that others can play your damn game. You have people who are Commanders, Captains and Admirals using Fubukis, Kumas, and Aganos/Oyodos just so that they can make easy points.
I am hoping that this can be rectified or you will lose a gamer who would have bought you game.
